The human race sometimes takes the title of “masters of disguise” but little do they know, animals are the true masters (or at least they try to be). Camouflage is a great tool, helping animals hide from enemies/predators and catch their prey. This built-in protection is vital to surviving in the wild. But you know what’s even better than camouflage? Costumes.

Some of the animals below have a few of the best costumes we’ve ever seen (#2 is a favorite). Some of them even look like they could actually be a part of the clan they’re pretending to be a part of (especially #12). And some of the other animals below just seem to think they can get away with their disguises without costumes! One thing’s for sure, #1 had me fooled.
