A young girl has received a new bear that plays her late mother’s heartbeat.
According to reports from local media outlets, the child was in a state of depression when her old bear was donated by accident. But with this new one by her side, she’s beyond ecstatic and cannot wait to sleep, play, and hang out with the toy.
It’s almost as if the bear is connected to her in some sort of magical way. And we don’t see something like that take place too often, she continued.
The news comes after the father was seen searching everything and scrambling across stores because he just could not figure out where this loving and adorable bear went. It was not just a gift, it was a precious keepsake and he needed to find it quickly.
Other reports went on to mention how the bear was accidentally donated to a charity shop. It was a bittersweet incident as the 4-year-old child could no longer hear her mom’s heartbeat.
It was later mentioned how it was donated to the Goodwill Store last month, despite so many efforts to locate it around town.
The father who hails from Tenessee spoke in detail about how he was in search of the bear that is the only last memory of his dear wife and it was for his young daughter.
“Please, if anyone of you has it, do return it to this store. We need to reunite the child with the mother”- the note read and it was posted on websites and other stores.
The father mentioned how the child is just four and she totally wants it back. And for that reason, the search was on to get the bear back.
The product was a customized build-a-bear and now that they’ve been reunited, the father says he cannot be more grateful to have his daughter’s smile back.
