One mother is expressing her heartbreak when her toddler ended up vomiting at a leading superstore.
The mother explained how she was left alone to clean up the mess with zero support from fellow employees at Woolworth in Australia. Moreover, she says that the behavior was not only outrageous but extremely disappointing as he was a child and the least people could do was help her out in this matter.
The incident reportedly took place in Woolworths in Australia. And that’s when the mother became shocked to see her toddler just suddenly throw up on an aisle while she was busy looking at some groceries.
Little did she know that no one would come to her and her son’s rescue despite so many employees standing at a distance.
The mother says people were watching like it was some kind of show and she did not appreciate the behavior one bit.
In fact, she claims that it’s just concerning how customer service at Woolworths in Australia was close to zero. Therefore, she was told that no one could help and that she needed to clean this up before she opted to leave the shop’s premises. And as you can imagine, that enraged her furiously.
The child just got really sick and started to vomit all across the floor near the exit. Not only did the mom try to comfort her child and make him feel better, she even went as far as apologizing to the staff for the incident that they had to witness.
“They kept on telling me that I would not be having anymore help by my side. I just found it to be so heartless. I deserve better treatment”- the mother went on to mention. What do you think? Was this behavior by the staff justified or not?
