JUST IN: Homeowner Guns Down Innocent 5-Year-Old Girl For Playing ‘Hide & Seek’ In Her Garden


A homeowner is being called out for doing the most heartbreaking and unimaginable thing recently in Louisiana.

According to reports from local media outlets, he found it alright to gun down an innocent child. Sources went on to add how the child was playing Hide and Seek in his garden.

And that was something she found very difficult to accept. Therefore, she called her a trespasser and went on to gun her down.

The suspect reportedly shot the innocent girl in the head, leaving her with some grave injuries. And that just was devastating for many people to accept as it was a senseless response.

The suspect was identified as David V. Doyle and has been taken into police custody. He was charged with the crime of aggravated battery, including four counts of aggravated assault using a firearm.

In addition to that, he was charged with the illegal discharge of a firearm. Sources mentioned that the news spread fear and panic in the community as many hoped such incidents wouldn’t go unnoticed as they’re a major threat to the community.

In defense of his actions, the suspect claimed he noticed a shadow in his backyard. And that was the point in time that he feared for his life.

Therefore, he opted to retrieve his gun after seeing the shadows at his residence as per reports from the press agency’s release. Moreover, an initial investigation into the crime revealed how it was just not needed and a poor judgment call on the suspect’s behalf.
