One mother is facing plenty of heat for cleaning her teenage daughter’s room.
The mother says she’s proud that she’s got that super mom ability in her and that means doing house chores for her is no big deal. But critics and fellow netizens were quick to bash the mom for spoonfeeding her teenager who they felt should be keeping her room clean herself.
The mother says she thinks she’s doing a great job by keeping the house neat and tidy. But what people kept on reminding her about was that it’s not okay to babysit your kids, especially when they’re teenagers.
Documenting the whole story online for people to see, some were just baffled as to what in the world was going on. Social media users were quick to step in and debate on the matter so the mother could understand why this is not okay and how it was sending an incorrect message.
The types of comments that the mother was receiving were far from positive. While a few called her out as not teaching the right life lessons to her daughter, others said that she was the epitome of bad parenting.
The mother instead opted to ignore the haters and continue showcasing how well she had cleaned and organized the room with some startling before and after images.
