Nicola Peltz and Brooklyn Beckham sparked concern about their relationship after they were seen leaving the Met Gala After party looking downcast.
Brooklyn sported a white blazer he matched with black slacks, while his wife wore a mini red dress made out of a glossy material that accentuated her tiny waist.
The model also wore a pair of feathered glasses, a gleaming set of necklaces, and platform heels.
Even though they were spotted with glum faces, the couple put on a magnificent show during the main event.
The newlyweds also packed on the PDA as they donned matching attire, with both of them wearing white and black Valentino outfit.
Nicola wore a strapless white dress that featured a long black bow tied around her waist. She also donned a brilliant collection of necklaces, a studded cross and a black choker.
Her husband wore a sheer blouse under an all-black suit and accessorized with MIKIMOTO pearl strands.
Speaking about the theme of the evening – Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty, Nicola told Vogue: “We’re so excited to be here. He is such a legend. Honestly, I’m so excited to see everyone interpret his legacy that he left behind, and do it in their own way.”
But fans were quick to notice their sad reaction while exiting the event, with one person commenting: “She’s beginning to wonder how much longer she can continue with the farce, no doubt. Married him to raise her profile, but that hasn’t worked too well. She said recently that she would think about having a baby after bagging a major film role. I didn’t stop laughing for a week.”
Another wrote: “Body language says a lot. This poor couple seem to be all about looks.”
